Who Are We?
My name's Ryan Gernand and I've been in ministry for over 20+ years. A majority of that time was spent working with kids, parents, and of course marriages. I've been married for 18 years now to my incredible and resilient wife Brittany and we have 3 kids (4, 11, 15).
I've had the privilege of working with countless individual couples, built a strategic year-round marriage ministry at our church, and have worked with a number of incredible organizations as a marriage consultant and keynote speaker at multiple marriage conferences and training events.
I'm a certified leadership and marriage coach in the 5 Voices along with being a certified Prepare and Enrich Facilitator. Along with that, we've previously been honored to be included as a small part in the book "How Your Church Can Build Marriages That Last" by Ted Lowe and Doug Fields.
We are champions of taking a proactive and year-round approach towards marriage and marriage ministry. Our heart is to champion marriage and we'd love to work with you to do just that!

Find the Right Resource For You

Clearly Us is an experiential series of workshops that explores each persons unique voice and how that affects the relational dynamics and communication in their marriage. Using the proven 5 Voices framework as the foundation, we explore each persons unique wiring and tendencies then use that information and some proven tools to help you as a couple communicate in a healthier way. This can be done in a workshop setting for a weekend retreat, marriage conference, or framed into a separate marriage event.
Marriage Ministry Consulting
I've spent over 20+ years forming and launching ministries including the MarriedPeople marriage ministry at our local church. I've previously partnered with other ministry leaders and churches and I'd love to partner with you. We'll work together using experience and insights learned (good and bad) to help shape and launch a ministry that fits your culture.
Keynote Speaking
I've had the privilege and honor to speak on marriage and marriage ministry in churches and to hundreds of ministry leaders from around the country. I've been a panelist for a breakout session at Orange Conference, led numerous breakout sessions and served as keynote speaker at multiple marriage leader training conferences, and coached and encouraged smaller groups of marriage leaders through other training events.
Individual Couples
To find clarity and unity as a couple, and a
greater understanding of your spouse, you
first have to know yourself. The 5 Voices
Assessment is a powerful first step in gaining
the insight you need to Lead Forward to a
brighter tomorrow in your marriage. We'll
learn and use your voice order to build a
custom couple communication report to
and use practical tools to increase alignment
through improved communication.
