What is the 5 Voices?

The 5 Voices framework identifies five leadership and communication styles that individuals use when interacting with others. The 5 Voices framework is built on top of and using the 16 different Myers Briggs (MBTI) personality types. Each voice and voice order brings unique strengths, and understanding them helps the individual become more self-aware and teams communicate more effectively and appreciate diverse perspectives.
