Hi, I'm Ryan Gernand

I've had the privilege of serving the church/non-profit sector for the last 20+ years in a variety of roles - most of those being in leadership/senior leadership roles. In that time, I've led teams small and large, served as keynote speaker in multiple venues, and led organizations through positive and lasting change. 

I've now turned those years of experience in leading teams, speaking, and strategic organizational planning into dedicated time to partner with other leaders and teams in a coaching/consulting capacity.
